I examined why children’s products fail for nearly a decade working the testing lab of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission. As my hands-on skills grew, I was also learning the laws and voluntary standards that govern consumer products. Since leaving federal service, I have tapped this deep knowledge and skill set to help clients navigate the complex world of product safety for consumers of any age.

My expertise includes both traditional engineering analysis and foreseeable consumer behavior. I can provide objective facts, backed by recognized credentials, to bring a case to a successful conclusion. Equally as important, I will communicate gaps in logic, deeper context, and subtle perspectives not readily apparent to a lay audience.
